- 2. Click “Settings”
- 3. Scroll down to the “Signature” section under the “General” tab
- 4. Select the “Insert Image” icon
- 5. Enter the following URL and hit “Save”:

- 1. Click here and save the image to your desktop
- 2. In Outlook, go to “Tools” and select “Options”
- 3. Click on the “Mail Format” tab and click “Signatures”
- 4. On the “Signatures” pop-up, click “Picture” icon and select the attached image you saved in Step 1
- 5. Once you’re finished with the signature, click “Save” in the box above the “Edit Signature” box
- 6. Click “OK”
